Biography
Tian-Fu received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Medical Informatics at Tzu Chi University. His research focus spans the intersection of cybersecurity and healthcare, specifically addressing privacy and authentication in modern medical systems.
